Representing a wide variety of clients and businesses, Mr. Davis has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, probate, trusts and estates, and business disputes through all phases of litigation. He excels at achieving cost effective resolutions for his clients through his extensive network within the California legal community.

Represented clients of Mr. Davis include property owners, developers, property managers, investors, financial institutions, and many other businesses both large and small. He is a member of the California Lawyers Association of Real Property Law and Taxation sections. He has appeared on behalf of clients in numerous state and federal courts including administrative appeals with the Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization, and in litigation the U.S. Tax Court, California Superior/Appellate Courts, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.
