Successfully prevailed on appeal as well as the lower civil court multi-million dollar claim based upon contract language dispute of a co-employer for a staffing company client. Our firm filed and won a dispositive motion for summary judgment of the underlying claims which resulted in our clients’ dismissal from all claims in the underlying case.
